This year our event schedule looks a little different compared to past years, please read carefully!  The Rooks County Free Fair will kick off Sunday, August 6th at 6:00 p.m. with the High Plains Late Model Series, Terry Goesha Memorial Hobby Stock show, Modified's, and Sport Compact.  On Monday, the Dirt Crown Stock Car Summer Racing Series will be taking the track at the Rooks County Speedway along with Hobby Stock and Modified's! Wrapping up the week will be two nights of Xtreem Flat Track motorcycle races on Friday and Saturday.  Taylor Fugitt Band will be live under the Solutions North Bank Pavilion Friday night. Pride of Texas Shows Carnival will be here Wednesday - Saturday! Stop by the fairgrounds throughout the week to see shows, check out vendors, watch livestock shows, and tour the exhibitor buildings. 

 

Pride of Texas Shows Carnival Wednesday - Saturday - opens at 6:00 p.m.  Armband presales begin July 3rd, purchase at the fair office.  Advanced armbands are $25 per band or purchase at the carnival ticket booth for $30 a band.
