RULES AND REGULATIONS

Rule 9 - Motorized Vehicles

Section 1. Only authorized golf carts and ATV's can be driven on the fairgrounds during the week of fair by fair board members and law enforcement.

Section 2. For the safety of fair attendees, exhibitors, vendors, volunteers, and livestock, the operation of electric bicycles (e-bikes) on the Rooks County Free Fairgrounds is prohibited during all fair events and activities. The Fair Board has determined that the speed, acceleration, and motorized nature of e-bikes present an increased risk of collisions and injuries in crowded pedestrian areas. This restriction is intended to reduce safety hazards, protect livestock, and limit potential liability exposure to the Fair Board and its stakeholders. Anyone using an e-bike or other unauthorized motorized vehicle may be asked to leave the premises.
